Shell Cove- Aged Care Facility

Cyre are currently providing Project Management services facilitating the tendering phase for Warringal’s new village. The site consisted of a new 128 bed Residential Care Home, 47 apartments across 2 buildings with a common basement car park, 33 villas plus community facilities.
